Responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of tableware, kitchenware, and cookware before and after restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
Sort and organize dirty items according to the process, use a dishwasher or hand wash to efficiently complete the cleaning task, and check the cleaning quality to avoid residual oil stains, food debris or water stains.
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, without specific academic qualifications, and those with a responsible attitude and stable attendance are welcome to apply; those with restaurant back-end work experience are given priority.
Have basic physical and endurance, able to stand for a long time, bend down and move a moderate amount of weight (such as stacking whole boxes of tableware, supplementing cleaning agents, etc.); good vision, able to distinguish stains and cleaning degree.
Pay attention to personal hygiene and work environment cleanliness, be familiar with the general cleaning supplies (such as degreaser, disinfectant, etc.), and understand the basic disinfection process and safe dilution ratio. Those who are familiar with these are preferred.
Follow the schedule, have a team spirit, be able to cooperate with shift work (including early shift, late shift and holiday shift), and maintain work efficiency and stable emotions during busy periods.
Able to communicate in basic Cantonese, understand simple Chinese written instructions (such as labels, cleaning process tables); those with basic English word recognition skills can receive extra points.
