Beauty Consultant

Job Title: Beauty Consultant (Dermacept brand)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily sales and customer service of the Dermacept medical skin care brand

• Based on skin health regeneration theory, provide professional skin analysis, product consultation, and personalized care plan advice to customers

• Proactively greet in-store customers, build trust relationships, enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty

• Execute brand promotion activities, sample distribution, on-site experience, etc. retail support tasks

• Accurately record sales data, inventory status, and customer feedback, and complete daily operations reports with the supervisor

Requirements:

• One or more years of experience in beauty, skin care or retail industry; welcome potential newcomers to apply (accept those with less than one year of experience)

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, and able to effectively communicate with customers of different backgrounds in English and/or Mandarin

• Have good sales awareness and persuasion skills, be able to flexibly use persuasion to achieve personal and team sales goals

• Positive and proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, attention to etiquette, and ability to maintain stable service quality in a high-traffic environment

Benefits:

• Base salary plus high commission (monthly salary range HK$17,000–HK$23,000, first three months guaranteed salary HK$16,000–HK$18,000)
