Work goals

This position will assist the company in building and perfecting ERP, process automation, and website systems; and after familiarizing the environment, gradually take over system management and optimization work.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain Linux servers, Docker containers, domain names and DNS configurations

• Develop and maintain n8n automated workflows (data synchronization, backup, reminders, and API integration)

• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, accounts, and security settings

• Website maintenance company (WordPress / Divi), responsible for updates, performance, and version management

• Collaborate with business/administration team to convert manual processes into standardized, high-visibility operation paths

• Necessary conditions

• Experience in Linux + Docker actual operations

• Familiar with domain / DNS / SSL / CDN basic architecture

• WordPress or other CMS actual management experience

• Able to write basic automation scripts in Shell/Python/JavaScript

• Have ERPNext / Frappe Framework contact experience

• Used n8n, Make, Zapier, etc. automation platforms

• Understand backup strategies and disaster recovery design
