Job Description
Marketing Executive [Job Overview] As OEM/ODM market marketing specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the company's corporate image and industrial status. Your core task is to translate the company's outstanding R&D and manufacturing capabilities into attractive marketing language and assist the sales team in expanding into international OEM or ODM customers. [Main Responsibilities] 1. B2B brand communication and content creation Write and produce high-quality company profiles (Company Profile), product catalogs (Product Catalog) and technical white papers. Based on the company's OEM/ODM advantages (such as: vertical integration, R&D patents, automated production lines) plan marketing highlights. Manage and maintain the company's official website and LinkedIn and other business social platforms, establish a professional image. 2. Exhibition and business event planning Lead the preparation of global industry exhibitions (such as CES, Computex, IFA, etc.), including booth design, product selection, and on-site promotion. Plan online/offline product launch events or seminars (Webinar), accurately match potential customers. 3. Market research and competitive analysis Track terminal market trends, analyze competitors’ technology paths and product layouts. Collect industry intelligence and provide market analysis reports to support the management team's product development strategy. 4. Sales Support (Sales Enablement) Create a standardized business proposal presentation (Pitch Deck), assist the sales team and multinational brands in technical proposals. Manage sample libraries and marketing giveaways to ensure that each region's business has sufficient marketing tools when developing customers. [Job Requirements] Educational background: Marketing, mass communication, business management or related field degrees. Language skills: Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities (800+ on the TOEFL or equivalent), and be able to directly write English marketing copy. Industry sensitivity: Strong interest in technology, manufacturing or supply chain trends, able to translate complex technical language into easily understandable business value. Tool application: Proficient in PowerPoint / Canva (presentation beautification); those with basic image editing (Adobe Suite) or digital advertising delivery experience are preferred. Core characteristics: Have strong cross-departmental communication skills (need to communicate closely with R&D, procurement, sales teams), and be able to maintain efficiency during high-pressure trade shows.
Having 1 to 3 years of experience in electronic, hardware, textiles or related OEM/ODM industries. Have experience in large-scale international exhibition planning and execution. Familiar with SEO principles or have B2B digital marketing operations experience.
