Logistics Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle logistics quotations, order processing, and end-to-end coordination for clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China to ensure operational efficiency.

2. Collaborate with finance, logistics teams, and external partners to streamline cross-border trade processes and improve efficiency.

3. Prepare and verify customs documentation (e.g., Certificate of Origin, Inspection Reports) to ensure compliance with Hong Kong's Import and Export Ordinance.

4. Manage Hong Kong tax filings (including Profits Tax and Offshore Exemptions) to maintain regulatory compliance.

5. Maintain accounting records for Hong Kong entities, properly classifying documentation for local and cross-border transactions.

6. Analyze logistics costs, develop cost-saving solutions, and utilize free trade agreements (e.g., RCEP) to reduce tariff expenses.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs Administration or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border logistics/trade.

2. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for handling business documentation and cross-border communication.

3. Must possess a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card.
