Metal Non-Metal Business Manager

Duties:

1. Based on the company's annual business objectives, set departmental goals and implementation plans, and monitor execution;

2. Execute the company's procurement and sales system, risk control system and related management policies, develop the market, maintain customers and achieve departmental goals;

3. Guide, supervise and inspect the work of our department, and ensure that the whole department's work direction and goals are consistent with the development direction of the enterprise;

4. Responsible for formulating and optimizing the business model of the department, creating a stable and sustainable profit model for the company;

5. Collect and collate market dynamics, customer business situations, industry news, and form industry analysis reports to provide real-time data support for the company's future development.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, international trade, etc. major is preferred;

2. Have more than 8 years of relevant sales work experience in electrolytic copper, copper rod, zinc ingot, silver, nickel, platinum, gold and other non-ferrous metals or precious metals;

3. Have strong sales and team management, training ability; have more than 5 years of team management experience;

4. Strong ability to handle complex events, balance relationships, and negotiate, with unique insights into the industry;

5. Have innovative thinking, strong risk awareness, strong stress resistance ability, be able to accept business trips, have a driver's license and be able to drive, have a certain amount of alcohol and social skills.
