Kitchen Assistant (Foreign Labor)
Job Responsibilities

• Follow kitchen instructions to perform cooking assistance tasks, such as watching the stove, stir-frying, steaming, plating, and simple hot food preparation;
• Responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of tableware, cooking utensils and work surfaces to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards;
• Coordinate with warehouse arrangements, sort and supplement food, seasonings and consumables, and assist in inventory recording;
• Support the catering service process, including delivering food to designated areas, collecting tableware, and assisting with closing and cleaning up.

Work requirements

• Have basic cooking knowledge and kitchen operation experience, familiar with Chinese or Asian cuisine processing procedures, those who are familiar with Chinese or Asian cuisine processing procedures are preferred;
• Good physical condition, able to withstand long periods of standing, moving materials (generally not exceeding 20 kg) and high-temperature environment operations;
• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand oral instructions and simple written markings (such as food label, cleaning procedure table)
