Job Description

1.Assistant Manager to Senior VP grades, Investment Banking Department 2.Responsibilities -Participate in various corporate finance transactions, including IPOs and financial advisory -Conduct due diligence works, market researches, financial analysis, and work on Listing Rules compliance matters and regulatory checks; -Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities or regulators; -Assist in ad-hoc assignments 3.Requirements -University degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; -Previous working experience in IPO and corporate finance advisory; -Knowledge in PRC capital market; -Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; -Team player with strong communication skill and ability to work under pressure; -Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English; -Proficient in MS word, Excel, Power Point, AI App
