Analyst, Hong Kong IPO Execution (Entry-level / Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in due diligence for Hong Kong IPO projects, including compiling due diligence materials, archiving contracts/documents, data verification, and updating underlying documentation.

2. Support prospectus formatting and proofreading, meeting minutes, intermediary coordination, process follow-up, and other administrative tasks.

3. Work according to project timelines – collect information, prepare regulatory inquiry response materials, and provide general administrative support.

4. Learn HKEX rules, IPO procedures, and sponsor working paper standards; diligently carry out hands-on execution tasks and collaborate effectively with the team.

5. Perform other IPO-related ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Dependable, strong execution ability, willing to work overtime and travel frequently, detail-oriented, patient, and resilient under pressure.

3. Fluency in both Chinese and English; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel data organization) and basic office software.

4. Priority given to graduates from Hong Kong universities or candidates who already have a Hong Kong working visa.

5. Genuine interest in Hong Kong capital markets and sponsor work, with a commitment to long-term development in IPO execution.
