Job Responsibilities

• Complete the designated area's inspection and maintenance on time, pay attention to the operation of the facilities (such as lighting, air conditioning exhaust vents, bathroom equipment, etc.), and report any abnormalities to your supervisor or relevant department immediately.

• Follow the DingtaiFeng service culture and operating procedures, collaborate and cooperate with colleagues in different shifts, and support on-site order maintenance and customer flow guidance during peak hours (non-direct customer service, but basic etiquette awareness is required).

Work requirements

• Holding a Hong Kong permanent resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for the "Top Talent Pass Scheme" (TTPS), "Exceptional Talent Scheme" (QMAS), "Non-local Graduates Hong Kong/Return Employment Scheme" (IANG), "Dependent visa" or valid work permit.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese for daily interactions, with basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, to meet the needs of diverse customers and cross-departmental collaboration.

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome new employees to apply; must have a sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and good team spirit, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced service environment.

• Can stabilize rotating afternoon or night shifts (for example, 2 pm to 11 pm), with 6 days of rest per month, and be flexible in adjusting shifts to meet the needs of the store's operations.

• Pay attention to personal hygiene and grooming, have no bad records, and be willing to accept internal company training and continuous learning, comply with Hong Kong labor laws and food safety related guidelines.
