Responsibilities:
• General administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, scan, etc.
• Arrange shipments, issue invoices, and meticulously record income detail.
• Delivery of documents, such as to the Inland Revenue Department or Companies Registry.
• Make phone calls to inquire about relevant issues.
• Reception and assistance to office visitors.
• Execution of other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
• Diploma or above
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Prior accounting experience is preferred
Responsibilities:

• Fluent Cantonese and English oral and written skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and determine work priorities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Accounting experience is preferred
