Market Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, communications, business management, international business, e-commerce, etc. are preferred;

• 2 years of relevant experience in market promotion, brand operation, channel development, business expansion or corporate services industry;

• Familiar with Hong Kong market promotion methods and small and medium-sized enterprise customer development channels, understand content marketing, event promotion and partner expansion models;

• Have strong market analysis, copywriting planning, event organization and channel maintenance capabilities, and be able to independently develop and implement phased promotion plans;

• Familiar with social media, online platforms, industry events and business association resources operators are preferred.

Duties include:

• Develop a market promotion plan for the company in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, enhance brand awareness and customer reach;

• Plan and produce promotional materials, service introduction, case displays, online content, and promotional copy;

• Expand and maintain business associations, professional service organizations, industry platforms, entrepreneurial communities and partner resources;

• Organize or assist in participating in industry exchange meetings, customer sharing meetings, business visits, online lectures, etc. market activities;

• Establish a potential customer database, track and analyze customer sources, types and conversion rates;

• Collect market competition information, industry trends and customer feedback, and provide reference for business positioning and pricing strategies.
