Contracting party: Hong Kong company; Work location: Shenzhen Nanshan Management Trainee nature, internship will be with the aim of retention.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Assist with daily administrative affairs, including meeting coordination, office environment maintenance, procurement, distribution and inventory management.
2. Responsible for the organization, archiving and basic information maintenance of company documents, contracts and archives.
3. Assist with employee onboarding, resignation, and other administrative support work, participate in employee activities and provide assistance.
4. Responsible for the preliminary verification, sorting and process follow-up of part of the expense reimbursement form.
5. Complete other comprehensive support work assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
1. Administrative management, secretarial work, human resources, business management, etc. Bachelor's degree or master's degree in related fields.
3. Have excellent communication skills, service awareness and affinity, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
