Duties:
1. Participate in private credit and offshore fund investment analysis and project support, industry depth research reports, and provide support for investment decisions.
2. Independently responsible for the production, beautification and proofreading of investment and research-related Chinese and English materials, transforming complex logic into visual presentation slides, ensuring accurate content, rigorous logic, and professional visuals.
3. Proficient in Python/VBA and AI tools (ChatGPT, Deepseek, etc.).
4. Assist in preparing customer meetings, record and extract meeting minutes.
5. Complete other investment research related basic work.
Requirements:
Education background: Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc. related fields.
Work experience: Prior experience in financial institutions (brokers, banks, funds, wealth management firms) in analysis, research, operations or technical support;
Core competencies:
1. Have solid financial knowledge, financial statement analysis skills and structured thinking, and be able to quickly sort out the core logic of complex information and rigorously present it.
2. Proficient in PPT visualization design and Excel financial modeling, familiar with Python data processing/modeling skills, and familiar with VBA Office automation.
4. Comprehensive quality: Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English;
5. Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-standard work environment; have good team spirit.
