Cargo Operations Agent

Key Responsibilities

A. Terminal Services

• Monitor and supervise the cargo build-up and breakdown processes to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Execute the official cargo load plan or booking instructions to ensure shipments are flown as scheduled.
• Ensure all flight data, including uplift and offload details, are created accurately and input into the airline system.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all required aircraft cargo documents prior to departure.

B. Airline Services & Flight Supervision

• Supervise flight operations to guarantee the safety and orderly execution of loading and unloading activities, strictly adhering to airline and safety requirements.
• Act as a key liaison with airline representatives regarding flight schedules, specific handling details, and any special flight handling requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy for import, export, and transshipment cargo, and prepare the necessary loading paperwork in the airline system, updating all relevant records.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications, with at least 5 subjects passed including English language, or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in cargo handling. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Language Skills: Good command of spoken English is required. Proficiency in Cantonese and written English are advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Sound PC knowledge, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• License: Must be a holder of valid Hong Kong driving licenses class 1 & 2.
• Work Availability: Willingness to work on shift schedules, which includes overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, independent, and self-initiative.
