Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Copilot extensions and integrations within Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Work with Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, and Azure AI to enhance contextual understanding and user experiences.
Build and deploy custom Copilot plugins , prompts, and connectors for specific business use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Copilot-powered solutions.
Integrate with internal data sources (SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, etc.) to enrich Copilot outputs.
Optimize prompts and AI interactions for relevance, accuracy, and usability.
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years in Microsoft 365 or Power Platform development.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power Virtual Agents.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph API , SharePoint Online, and Teams development.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, OpenAI/LLM-based tools, or Azure OpenAI Service.
Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, TypeScript, JavaScript, or C#).
Experience integrating with REST APIs, Dataverse, SQL, or Dynamics 365.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
