Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervisor in managing various aspects of the store's performance and daily operations, including customer service, inventory management, staff training, customer flow targets, store environment management, and cost control.

• Follow the operational instructions and various marketing strategies set by the headquarters to achieve customer flow, sales and sales profit targets

• Ensure the store operates according to the company's operating rules, product display, promotional paper display, and customer service

• Effectively report to the company on product quality, delivery accuracy, and customer needs and satisfaction

• Other operational work

Requirements:

• Grade Five or above;

• Three years of retail industry work experience;

• Applicants with street market/store/mall/large supermarket management experience will be given priority;

• Leadership skills, sense of responsibility;

• Good writing and conversational communication skills; and

• Familiarity with computer operations

• Those with less experience will be considered for an internship as a store manager
