Project Coordinator (IT)

About us:

Maxson Network Limited specializes in design and development of media solutions including professional video broadcast, digital signage, interactive and mobile solutions for corporate clients in various industries including advertising, banking and finance, entertainment, government, property management, retail, transportation, and video broadcasting. We are looking for creative and high calibre individuals with the following qualifications to join us.

Job duties:

• Assist Project Manager in site inspection and quality control of ongoing projects

• Prepare materials submission, project documents, schedules and work programs

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers

• Monitoring site progress and conduct coordination work on-site

• Attend site visits and project meetings

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications

• Occasionally travel is required such as to Mainland China

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Project is an advantage

• PMP certification is highly preferred

• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
