Job Description

International Market Expansion Manager (Hong Kong Based)

Core positioning: Responsible for strategic planning and customer development in Hong Kong and global markets, focusing on core areas such as consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and medical electronics, driving international business growth of the company's connector products, and achieving annual sales and market share targets.
Main responsibilities

In-depth research on global connector industry trends, competitive dynamics and target market demand, and formulation of a medium and long-term market expansion strategy and annual marketing plan that meets the international trade advantages of Hong Kong.
Build and manage an international sales team, develop a team evaluation and incentive mechanism that meets Hong Kong labor standards, and guide the team to complete customer development, project follow-up, and order conversion.
Coordinate internal R&D, production, and quality control departments to ensure smooth customization for customers, ensure timely delivery of orders, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Strictly abide by Hong Kong commercial regulations and international trade rules, formulate a market expansion budget, track expenses and optimize strategies based on efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, electronic engineering, etc., with at least 5 years of international market expansion or sales management experience in electronic components/connectors industry, familiar with Hong Kong and global electronic product trade processes, those who are familiar with Hong Kong and global electronic product trade processes are preferred.
Have solid Hong Kong and international market customer resources, have large customer development and maintenance experience in consumer electronics, automotive electronics or medical electronics, and be able to independently push for million-level order negotiations.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, fluent in all three, with excellent cross-cultural business negotiation and communication and coordination skills, able to handle international business documents and contracts with ease.
Familiar with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and business operation rules, with good business acumen and market strategic thinking, and able to quickly respond to market changes and customer needs.
Have excellent team management skills, experience in building and leading cross-regional sales teams, and a commitment to the company's "honesty and reliability" business philosophy.

Benefits

Monthly salary: HK$25,000 - HK$35,000 (depending on experience and ability), plus annual performance bonuses, sales commissions, and long-term service bonuses;
Statutory benefits: Strictly comply with the Employment Ordinance, provide compulsory MPF, paid annual leave (14 days), statutory holidays, maternity leave/paternity leave, etc.;

Working location: 146 Yui Wo Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong;
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00, 1 hour for lunch, weekend double pay, and no mandatory overtime.
