Corporate Finance Assistant Director / Manager

<p>Job Title (Suggested): Corporate Finance Assistant Director / Manager</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li><p>Handle corporate finance projects, including financial advisory, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions involving the Listing Rules and/or the Takeovers Code</p></li><li><p>Possess solid Hong Kong IPO execution experience, ideally having led or participated in at least three HKEX listing projects</p></li><li><p>Work closely with various professional parties, including managing client relationships, drafting documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with regulatory authorities</p></li><li><p>Evaluate potential transactions through market research, valuation analysis and financial modelling</p></li><li><p>Prepare marketing materials, pitch books and business plans</p></li></ol><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or above with 5–10 years of experience in corporate finance</p></li><li><p>Holder of SFC Type 1, 4, 6 licences</p></li><li><p>Relevant Hong Kong working experience with a valid Hong Kong work visa (including QMAS, Top Talent Pass, etc.)</p></li></ol>
