Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Follow up on relevant legal and regulatory dynamics, provide compliance consulting and support, ensure that the company's business activities meet regulatory requirements, and lead the development and optimization of compliance policies.
Responsible for building the company's governance system, drafting and revising governance system documents, supervising internal operations for compliance, and promoting effective implementation of the governance mechanism.
Completely handle the various stages of the board meeting, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, resolution memo writing, and continuous tracking of resolution implementation status, regular progress reports.
Assist in handling major special projects of the company, such as investment, financing, acquisition, etc., participate in due diligence, document review and transaction structure discussion, and provide legal and procedural support.

Work requirements

Have a legal professional background, hold a bachelor's degree or above in law, and those who pass the national judicial examination are preferred.
3 years of corporate legal, law firm or compliance position work experience, familiar with company law, securities law, corporate governance, etc. related regulations.
Have good organizational and coordination skills, be able to independently handle the whole process of the board of directors, meticulous and rigorous, and attach importance to procedural compliance.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to clearly write meeting minutes, reports and legal documents, and provide decision support information.
