Sr Manager - HR in C and B - Insurance co

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll processing, benefits management, taxation and final payment for HK & Macau

• Manage HRIS enhancement and automation projects to enhance the effectiveness of HR operation

• Review and develop HR policies, guidelines and procedures

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements from time to time

• Participate in ad-hoc human resources-related projects and reports

Requirements

• University graduate, with 10 years’ human resources experience in which 3 years in a managerial role

• Strong knowledge of C&B principles, practices, and legislation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive & people-oriented

• Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Well versed in employment ordinance, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements of HK and Macau is preferable

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
