Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll processing, benefits management, taxation and final payment for HK & Macau
Manage HRIS enhancement and automation projects to enhance the effectiveness of HR operation
Review and develop HR policies, guidelines and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements from time to time
Participate in ad-hoc human resources-related projects and reports
Requirements
University graduate, with 10 years’ human resources experience in which 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of C&B principles, practices, and legislation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive & people-oriented
Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Well versed in employment ordinance, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements of HK and Macau is preferable
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
