Provide professional and attentive household helper matching consultation services to local families, accurately recommend suitable foreign helpers based on customer needs
Full follow-up on customer application process, including document preparation, submission, interview scheduling and contract coordination
Proactively reach out to potential customers and build long-term trust relationships, improving customer satisfaction and referral rates
Regularly organize customer needs and market feedback, and assist in optimizing service processes and matching efficiency
Requirements:
Second 5 or above, with basic Chinese writing and expression skills
At least 1 year of sales-related work experience; those with employment services, human resources, or similar service industry experience are preferred
Have excellent communication skills and empathy, be able to clearly understand customer needs and provide practical solutions
Strong independent work ability, attention to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Love the service industry, value customer experience, and willing to make long-term investments in the field of family support services
Fluent in Cantonese and English, able to conduct customer negotiations and process documents in both languages; understanding Mandarin is even better
Familiar with basic computer operations (such as Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp, etc.), and able to effectively use digital tools to improve work efficiency
Can work in our office in causeway bay, central, Mong Kok, Yuen Long or Tseung Kwan O, depending on business needs, occasionally requiring travel to meet clients
