Responsibilities:
Product Support & Coordination
• Assist in preparing and updating product documentation, pricing, and inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of travel packages.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing accurate product details and assets.
• Help monitor product performance and compile reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and supplier communications.
Customer Inquiry Handling
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Assist in resolving basic issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
• Update FAQs and response templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
Industry Engagement
• Support the team in preparing for trade events, familiarisation trips, and workshops.
• Assist in gathering insights from industry activities to inform product improvements.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in luxury travel and sports experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
