IT ADMINISTRATOR – HK–BASED

Job Responsibilities

- Internal System Administration

o Install, configure, and maintain internal IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices

o Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of internal infrastructure

o Maintain and update software, hardware, and operating systems across the organization

- Cloud Administration

o Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud)

o Implement and maintain cloud-based services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking

o Ensure scalability, availability, and security of cloud environments

- ISO Support

o Support the implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with ISO standards

o Assist in conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analysis

o Maintain documentation and records required for ISO certification and internal audits

- Security Maintenance

o Implement and maintain security policies, procedures and controls

o Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents

o Conduct regular vulnerability assessments

o Ensure data privacy and protection in accordance with local and international regulations

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role

- Experience with cloud platforms, ISO knowledge or other information security standards

- Familiarity with network infrastructure (DNS, firewall, etc.)

- Configure remote access solutions (VPN, remote desktop)

- Maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, system configurations, knowledge base)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to details and proactive approach to security and compliance
