<p>We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual professional to join our team as a Sales Support & Administrative Assistant. This dynamic and pivotal role will serve as the backbone of our sales operations and the driving force behind seamless office management. You’ll play a key role in empowering our sales team to focus on revenue growth, while you manage critical client relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your ultimate mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service that directly contributes to our company’s success and sales performance.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p><strong>​​Sales Support (Primary Focus):​</strong></p><p>· <strong>Account Management & Revenue Growth</strong>: Take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients for our annual supply sales. Proactively nurture relationships and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, working toward achieving individual revenue targets.</p><p>· <strong>Client Communication</strong>: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email—handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing accounts with professionalism and care. Must communicate fluently in English and Cantonese.</p><p>· <strong>CRM Management</strong>: Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client data, interaction records, and real-time pipeline updates to ensure visibility and efficiency across the sales team.</p><p>· <strong>Order Fulfillment Coordination</strong>: Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to track, coordinate, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.</p><p>· <strong>Sales Enablement</strong> : Support the business development team by preparing sales reports, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.</p><p></p><p><strong>Administrative Support:</strong></p><p>· <strong>​Front Office Management</strong>: Professionally manage incoming calls, welcome visitors, and oversee general company email inboxes.</p><p>· <strong>Office Operations</strong>: Handle essential tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.</p><p>· <strong>Document Preparation</strong>: Create and format documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with precision and professionalism.</p><p>· <strong>Team Support</strong>: Provide reliable administrative assistance to other departments as needed.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><p>· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or customer service—ideally in a results-driven environment.</p><p>· Fluent professional proficiency in English and Cantonese (both spoken and written)—mandatory.</p><p>· Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</p><p>· Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines.</p><p>· Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</p><p>· A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</p><p>· Friendly, confident, and client-focused demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Highly Desirable:</strong></p><p>· Prior experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).</p><p>· Solid understanding of marketing principles and business development practices.</p><p>· Basic knowledge of logistics and order fulfillment processes.</p><p></p><p><strong>Skills & Attributes</strong></p><p>· Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and alignment with our company values.</p><p>· Flexible, team-oriented, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.</p><p>· Methodical, punctual, and maintains strict confidentiality.</p><p>· Self-driven, disciplined, and shows initiative—potential for future Sales roles.</p><p>· Positive attitude, personable communication style, and respectful of diverse perspectives.</p><p>· Impeccable professional presence—in appearance, speech, and conduct.</p>
