Technical Administrator/ Engineer Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

• Service contract processing

• Technical support ticketing system handling ( SLA monitoring, ticket update, etc)

• Provide 8x5 support coverage for storage system maintenance operations

Requirements

• Certificate holder or above in IT or Computer related discipline

• 1-year or above experience in IT storage solution (for example, Dell EMC, HPE, HDS or NetApp) will be an advantage

• Familiarity with backup and data protection platforms (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Veritas) is a plus

• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Proactive, Willing to learn and responsible

• Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
