Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional financial consulting services to customers, according to their financial situation, risk tolerance and investment objectives, formulate personalized asset allocation plans.
Introduce suitable financial products, including savings insurance, investment-linked insurance, funds, bonds and other wealth management tools, to help customers achieve wealth appreciation and preservation.
Regularly follow up on clients’ investment portfolio performance, provide market analysis and adjustment advice, and ensure that the financial plan remains consistent with the client’s life stage needs.
Actively expand new customer resources, build a stable customer network through telephone contact, face-to-face meetings and participation in promotional activities.
Comply with company compliance requirements and regulatory guidance to ensure all sales processes are transparent and compliant, and to fully record customer communications and transaction data.

Work requirements

Applicants with recognized college diplomas or above, majoring in finance, economics, accounting, business management or related fields, will be given priority.
Have valid insurance industry qualifications (such as a certificate of eligibility for insurance intermediaries), and be familiar with the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) 's supervisory requirements.
Applicants with at least two years of sales or customer service experience in the financial industry, with rich experience in financial planning or insurance sales, will be given priority.
Have excellent communication skills and persuasion ability, be able to clearly explain complex financial concepts and build customer trust.
Proactive and goal-oriented, able to independently conduct business and withstand pressure, and demonstrate responsibility and professionalism in team collaboration.
