Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic project manager at PI Consultancy & Training Company Limited. Our core business is to operate social media platforms (including IG, FB and Xiaohongshu, etc.) for professionals and enterprises. Our customer base mainly revolves around insurance agents, but also covers beauty companies and medical clinics, etc. Responsible for driving business growth and helping customers build their personal and corporate brands through tailor-made digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and reach out to potential clients, particularly within the insurance and medical sectors, to promote our social media management services.
Actively explore potential customers (especially in the insurance and medical industries), promote social media (IG/FB/Xiaohongshu) agency operation services.
Strategic Consultation
Consult with clients to understand their branding needs and develop effective content strategies for IG, FB, and Little Red Book.
Communicate with customers to understand their brand needs, and develop effective content strategies for their IG, FB, and Xiaohongshu platforms.
Project Life cycle Management
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and proposal to contract signing and ensuring smooth project on boarding.
Responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact, proposal formulation, contract negotiation to ensuring the smooth launch of the project.
Client Relationship Management Deepen customer relationships
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
Professional Background
Candidates with previous experience as an insurance practitioner are highly preferred, as you will better understand our primary clients' pain points and needs.
Prefer candidates who have previously worked as "Insurance Agents" to more accurately understand the pain points and needs of our primary customer group (insurance professionals).
Social media awareness
Familiar with social media trends (IG, FB, Little Red Book) and have a strong interest in social media.
Familiar with social media trends (IG, FB, Xiaohongshu), and full of interest in social media.
Communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to communicate effectively with professionals.
