Job Title: HKTVmall E-commerce Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist Working location: Hong Kong Report to: General Manager
[Job Responsibilities] Platform relationship: Serve as the main point of contact with HKTVmall buyers (Category Buyer) and customer managers, striving for prime display space, activity resource packages, and special traffic support. Store Management: Responsible for the operation of the HKTVmall merchant backend (MP merchant backend or distribution backend), including product listing, listing optimization, inventory update, price adjustment, and page decoration. Conversion rate optimization: Write and optimize product titles (Chinese/English/Simplified Chinese), detail page copy, and sales points based on Hong Kong consumer habits to improve search rankings and natural traffic. Promotion activities: Submit and follow up various marketing activities of HKTVmall (such as "VIP Day", "Regular Flash Sale", "Weekend Craze"), plan and implement self-marketing activities in the store, and follow up the design of activity materials. Advertising: Proficient in HKTVmall advertising (such as keyword bidding, purchasing of on-site advertising positions).
Customer Service: Handle store customer inquiries, post-purchase disputes and negative review maintenance, and improve store ratings (DSR). Data Replay: Regularly output store sales reports, traffic analysis and competitive product monitoring, and adjust operation strategies based on data.
Self company website: simultaneously maintain and manage the LIVing Plaza store of our own company.
[Job Requirements] Experience: More than 2 years of e-commerce operation experience, must have practical experience on the HKTVmall platform (familiar with the MP model is preferred) Skills: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup), familiar with Photoshop or Canva basic graphic design, preferred. Qualities: Attention to detail, results-oriented, and able to adapt to the fast pace of work during major promotions (such as Double 11 and Black Friday).
Familiar with Hong Kong local market hot-selling categories (such as baby and maternal care, cosmetics, appliances, food).
