About The Role

Handle customer’s enquiry through different channels e.g. over phones, Internet, email
Handle and follow up customer’s complaint
Make referral to sales team
Ensure compliance requirements are strictly followed

The Successful Applicant

Secondary education
At least 1 year experience in banking
Preferably with IIQE 1,2,3 license
