Property Manager/ Senior Property Manager

<p>Responsibilities</p><p> • Provide high-quality property management services to the estate</p><p>• Maintain close communication with homeowners or tenants, and handle inquiries and solve problems with a professional attitude</p><p>• Assist in supervising the quality of service provided by contractors</p><p>• Coordinate internal and external doors to achieve smooth daily operations</p><p>• Participate in regular meetings, draft reports and other administrative work</p><p>• Assist in the execution of the Service Office's administrative work and other assigned duties</p><p></p><p>Entry Requirements</p><p>• Diploma or above, with property management-related qualifications given priority</p><p>• Hold a property management license (first or second level) • At least three years of relevant work experience</p><p>• Able to handle things independently • Have good interpersonal relationships and communication skills</p><p>• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred, familiar with computer word processing; understand MS Word; understand MS Excel; understand Chinese and English computer operations; have basic computer operation knowledge • The position will be considered based on work experience and qualifications</p>
