Job Description
<ul><li><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong><ul><li><strong>Assist in kitchen with food and pastry production</strong></li><li><strong>Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area</strong></li><li><strong>Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained</strong></li></ul><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong><ul><li><strong>Vocational training in cuisine</strong></li><li><strong>Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants</strong></li><li><strong>Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills</strong></li><li><strong>Able to work under pressure</strong></li><li><strong>Fine dining experience is an advantage</strong></li><li><strong>Good command of English and Cantonese</strong></li><li><strong>More experience will be considered as Pastry Chef de Partie</strong></li></ul></li></ul>
