HR Officer (C&B)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time, including deductions (tax, social security).

• Maintain payroll records and address employee payroll inquiries.

• Manage compensation & benefits (statutory and supplementary) and optimize related policies.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations; coordinate with finance for reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, HR/Finance related major.

• 1-3 years C&B/payroll experience (retail/jewelry industry preferred).

• Familiar with labor laws, tax and social security regulations.

• Proficient in Excel and payroll software, detail-oriented.
