Retail Sales Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide stylish furniture consultancy service to showroom customers and project clients with professional knowledge and friendly manner.

• Maximise shoppers’ satisfaction, showroom efficiency and profitability.

• Handle and respond professionally to all customers' inquiries related to sales, delivery status, complaints and other matter.

• General administration duties.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability.

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in retail sales. Experience in high end retail, lifestyle products or interior design will be preferred.

• A charming personality and eagerness for success and results.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and JG CASA team.

• Sales driven and customer oriented.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Ability to also communicate in Mandarin.

Employment Type:

• Full Time | Working Hour: 11 am to 7 pm

• Showroom Location: Wan Chai
