Job Description
Duties include:<br>1. Assist in building a basic human resources and administrative process, execute recruitment, entry and exit procedures, etc. daily operations. <br>2. Responsible for recruiting channel construction and operation, including publishing positions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, etc., following up on the whole recruitment process. <br>3. Process salary calculation, MPF declaration, etc. basic personnel affairs. <br>4. Maintain employee records, respond to daily employee inquiries, and assist in building harmonious employee relationships.<br>5. Complete administrative writing work, such as data statistics, report writing, form management<br>6. Process relevant work visas for Chinese mainland employees.<br><br>Requirements<br>1. Bachelor's degree or above (Human resources, administration related fields are preferred)<br><br>3. Familiar with Hong Kong labor law (such as employment contracts, MPF rules, etc.).<br>4. Have experience in helping employees apply for labor visas and work visas. Priority will be given to those with relevant experience.<br>5. Careful and serious, good communication and coordination skills, and team collaboration awareness.<br>6. Proficient in Excel and other office software. <br>7. Have Hong Kong permanent residency<div><br></div><div>Job Responsibilities:‌<br>1.Assist in establishing fundamental HR & administrative processes; execute daily operations including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding<br>2.Develop and manage recruitment channels: Post vacancies, prescreen resumes, coordinate interviews, and track hiring progress end-to-end<br>3.Process payroll calculations and MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) filings<br>4.Maintain employee records, address daily inquiries, and support building positive employee relations<br>5.Handle administrative documentation (data analysis, report drafting, form management)<br>6.‌Process work visas for Mainland China-based employees‌<br>‌Requirements:‌<br>1.Associate degree or higher (preferred in HR/Administration)<br>2.1+ years HR/Administrative experience<br>3.Working knowledge of ‌Hong Kong Labor Ordinance‌ (employment contracts, MPF regulations, etc.)<br>4.‌Proven experience in processing labor visas/work permits‌ (priority consideration)<br>5.Meticulous with strong coordination skills and team collaboration mindset<br>6.Advanced proficiency in ‌Excel‌ and MS Office Suite<br>7.‌Hong Kong Permanent Resident status‌<br></div>
