Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle for our Hong Kong and cross-border teams, with a focus on recruiting technical talent, managing complex labor relations, and ensuring HR practices comply with both Hong Kong and Mainland regulations.

Job Descriptions：

· Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and site-based roles, including both Hong Kong and Mainland talents.

· Handle competitive compensation & benefits packages, including housing allowance, cross-border insurance, and tax consultation support for talents.

· Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs, with a focus on compliance, technical certifications, and leadership development.

· Develop and implement HR policies and manuals tailored to the designated sector’s unique demands (shift work, site safety, subcontractor management).

· Involved in project implementation, business requirements analysis, business process design, HRIS system design and configuration, system testing and user training and go-live support

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven HR generalist or business partner experience.

· Familiarity with Mainland China labor contract law and social security systems.

· Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high resilience, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment. Must be mobile and willing to occasionally visit project sites.
