Warehouse Officer (Kowloon Bay/ Kwai Chung)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods

• Update warehouse system (stock in/out and adjustments)

• Maintain and organize inventory records and documents

• Perform regular stock counts and check discrepancies

• Prepare basic inventory reports

• Coordinate with internal teams on daily operations

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of warehouse or clerical experience

• Basic computer skills (especially Excel)

• Detail-minded and responsible

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Good Cantonese and English

• Read & reply email in English is a MUST

• Willing to work in warehouse environment and overtime if needed

Work Location:

• Sunshine Kowloon Bay Cargo Centre, 59 Tai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, KLN or

• ATL Logistics Centre A, Kwai Chung Container Terminal 3, NT

Work Schedule (Subject to operational needs):

• Shift A: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00; Saturday, 09:00–13:00

• Shift B: Monday–Friday, 13:00–22:00; Saturday, 13:00–17:00
