Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in managing day-to-day leasing activities for residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries.
Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for tenant concerns and coordinate resolutions.
Support retention strategies and renewal campaigns.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with tenants.
Help implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Maintain online listings and social media presence.
Organize promotional events and community engagement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
2+ years of leasing or property management experience. Prefer to be in Property Developer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Cantonese is a MUST
Will only consider applicants that is based in Hong Kong
