Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for welcoming and entertaining customers, providing warm and polite service
Keep the restaurant's interior and exterior environment clean, including table cleaning, floor sweeping, and miscellaneous item organization
Assist the team in completing various preparation and cleaning tasks before opening and closing the store
Assist in handling customers’ basic needs and questions, and enhance dining satisfaction

Work requirements

Year 18 or above, with basic communication skills and service awareness
Appearance is clean, attitude is friendly, and personal hygiene and professional image are valued
Responsibility, proactive work attitude, and ability to adapt to short-term high customer flow
