Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations, including customer reception, on-site consultation, and immediate problem resolution

• Accurately respond to various customer inquiries

• Computer operations and customer service work experience is preferred

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of customer-facing service experience

• Graduate from a higher diploma or associate degree program, with basic office skills and information technology application abilities

• Proficient in Cantonese, basic Mandarin and basic English for daily communication

• Positive and proactive personality, strong sense of responsibility, good at listening and clear expression, attention to service details, and team spirit and continuous learning attitude

Working hours:

• Daily 9 hours work, including 1 hour paid meal time

• Shifts include early, mid, and late shifts, with rotating breaks
