Its core business is the development and operation of advanced digital platforms to promote procurement, bidding and market transactions between suppliers and corporate customers.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p></p><p>As the main liaison window between customers and companies, responsible for the whole B2B process of consultation, follow-up and exception handling, ensuring customers timely delivery, clear accounts, and continuous maintenance of good cooperative relations.</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties include:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Provide professional consultation, assist managers and customers to negotiate various matters, draft agreements and solutions, and continuously maintain daily customer service operations.</li><li>Support customer communication window, respond immediately to general needs and daily inquiries, and ensure smooth information transmission.</li><li>Contact new customers, introduce company products and service content, and assist in quickly establishing a cooperative foundation.</li><li>Track customer dynamics, discuss order progress details with customers, etc.</li><li>Handling inquiries, feedback and complaints with a professional attitude to maintain good customer relationships and ensure service quality.</li><li>Complete other customer service-related tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth team operation.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>College degree or above, those with customer service experience are given priority. </li><li></li><li>Proficient in general computer software (such as Excel) operations.</li><li>Outgoing and proactive personality, sense of responsibility, careful and patient in doing things, strong communication and understanding ability.</li><li>Able to respond to urgent customer inquiries during non-working hours to a limited extent.</li><li>Welcome fresh graduates with relevant training background.</li></ul><p><strong>Please provide a Chinese and English resume</strong></p>
