Responsibilities:

• To lead & perform sales functions and develop our treatment services.
• To communication well with customers, coaching staff to provide professional advice and maintain excellent customer relationship.
• To lead & achieve sales objective and supervise sales functions.
• To develop oversee all strategies and initiatives for sales & operation.
• To decide promotion plans for treatment services.
• Oversee daily operations of treatment centre.
• Effective measure for stock control and cost control policy.
• To develop & expand the treatment centre.
• Other ad hoc matters.
• Lead the team and execute sales functions and develop our beauty therapy services.
• Communicate effectively with customers, guide employees to provide professional advice and maintain good customer relationships.
• Lead the team and achieve sales targets while overseeing sales functions.
• Develop all strategies and measures to supervise sales and operations.
• Determine the promotion plan for beauty treatment services.
• Supervise the daily sales operations and powerful sales management of the beauty salon.
• Effective inventory control measures and cost control policies.
• Develop and expand beauty salon business.

Requirements:

• 3 years of sales experience in beauty salon or beauty industry, preferably with exposure in multi-national company
• Good business planning, organization and negotiation skills
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, basic PC knowledge
• Have 3 yearsAbove beauty salon or beauty industry sales work experience, those with multinational company work experience are preferred
• Have good business planning, organization and negotiation skills
• Good writing and oral expression skills in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations knowledge
