Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions in the Hong Kong office, including confirmation of position requirements with department heads, position posting, resume screening, interview coordination, salary evaluation, and issuance of employment offers.

  • Actively explore and maintain diversified and efficient recruitment channels, including local recruitment platforms (such as JobsDB, CTgoodjobs), LinkedIn, headhunters, industry communities and employee internal promotion plans.

  • Deeply conduct talent mapping and industry insights, and build proactive talent reserves for the company's key positions.

  • Optimize the recruitment process, improve recruitment efficiency, and provide excellent application experiences for candidates.

  • Work closely with business department leaders to provide professional and accurate recruitment strategies and market talent information.

Qualifications:

Must conditions:

  • Holding a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card or a valid work visa.

  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent Chinese and English written communication skills, can serve as an effective communication bridge between the company and regional/global teams.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, business administration or related sciences is preferred.

Experience and skills:

  • At least 5 years or above human resources comprehensive work experience, of which at least 3 years are focused on recruitment, and have successful experience in independently handling Hong Kong local end-to-end recruitment.

  • Familiar with Hong Kong's talent market dynamics, mainstream recruitment channels and labor laws.

  • Applicants with technology or smart hardware industry background recruitment experience will be given priority.

  • Excellent communication, coordination and influence, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.

  • Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
