Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for software and hardware installation and configuration, execute regular data backups, assist with basic system/network maintenance and support
Assist with software and hardware installation and updates
Check computer systems/ information technology-related faults and assist users in solving problems
Provide Windows 10, MS Office, iOS/ Andriod operating system support

Qualifications:

DSE level or above, currently studying for a higher diploma/degree in information technology
Basic understanding of computer hardware/ computer software/ simple network device support
