Job Description
Consulting Business Manager
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and driving the overall consulting services business development strategy of the company, formulating annual goals and execution paths, and monitoring progress and effectiveness.
Lead customer requirement analysis and solution design, and provide high-value, customized management consulting solutions by collaborating with internal professional teams (such as finance, human resources, operations, digital transformation, etc.).
Deeply involved in the development and maintenance of key customers, leading proposal briefings, contract negotiations and project launches, ensuring service delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
Plan and promote the consultation service productization and standardization work, including methodological construction, tool template development, case accumulation and knowledge management mechanism implementation.
Work requirements
Have at least 3 years of management consulting, corporate strategy or operational improvement work experience, of which at least one year is as project manager or team leader; those with cross-industry service experience are preferred (such as finance, retail, manufacturing, public services, etc.).
Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Management or a master's degree in a related field; those with internationally recognized professional qualifications (such as CMC, CIPD, PMP, CBV, etc.) will be given priority.
Have outstanding business insight and structured thinking ability, quickly understand customer business pain points, propose feasible and strategic improvement suggestions, and effectively persuade high-level decision makers.
Have excellent communication, coordination and influence skills, be able to flexibly respond to customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, and maintain professional judgment and emotional stability in high-pressure environments; fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, English can be used as a working language (both writing and speaking need to reach a business level)
Familiar with Hong Kong and Greater China market regulations, business practices and industry trends, and able to independently expand customer networks and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
