Teller

Main responsibilities

• Handle daily customer service at the bank branch counter, including cash deposits and withdrawals, transfers, account opening, and inquiries about wealth management products

• Provide professional and personal customer service to ensure accurate and compliant transactions

• Handle daily counter operations and customer inquiries

Job Requirements

• Second 5 or above

• Preference will be given to those with bank teller or related customer service experience (at least 9 months of relevant experience is easier to successfully recommend)

• Good Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills

• Careful, patient, with good service awareness and team spirit

• Able to adapt to branch shifts and Saturday duty
