Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business expansion in the Hong Kong market, proactive search, screening and evaluation of potential partners and target customers, formulation and implementation of localized market entry strategies, and driving continuous business growth for the company.

• Plan, coordinate and implement diverse brand promotion activities, including exhibition participation, industry forum lectures and participation, online and offline integrated publicity, etc., effectively enhance brand influence and market visibility.

• Establish and maintain high-quality customer relationships, regularly visit key customers, deeply understand their business pain points and development needs, and provide targeted and feasible solution suggestions.

• Handle daily customer inquiries, contract negotiations, quotation support, order follow-up and delivery coordination to ensure business processes are efficient and smooth, projects are delivered on time and achieve mutual consensus.

• Continuously track market dynamics, competitor deployment and customer feedback, systematize data and write business analysis reports, and provide insightful decision support and strategic advice to management.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, able to communicate and write fluently in both languages; with basic English reading and writing abilities, able to handle email correspondence, contract documents, and presentation materials independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), able to independently create business presentations, data tables, proposal documents, and customer communication materials.
