Student apartment project operations manager

· Process sudden events and guest complaints, maintain a good community atmosphere
· Process apartment sales and leasing work: Promote vacant units, arrange viewings, negotiate leases, follow up on renewals and leasing documents

· Have the opportunity to participate in the operation of the company's social media accounts, including content ideation, publication, responding to inquiries, simple photography or design

Position requirements

· Able to actively and proactively solve customer problems and build good relationships with customers

· Need to rotate shifts and handle emergencies according to the needs of the apartment complex

· Good communication and customer service skills, sense of responsibility, proactive, and able to handle work independently
· College degree or above, property management, hotel management, marketing or related sciences preferred
· Applicants with 1 year or more of property management, hotel/serviced apartment, sales or social media operations experience are preferred (applicants with more experience may be considered as senior project operations officer)
· Familiar with social media platforms (such as Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc.) is preferred
