Freelance Google Ads Specialist

PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to set up and manage Google Ads for a wellness brand based in Hong Kong.

The role covers initial setup through to building Google Ads into a consistent source of bookings.

PROJECT GOAL & COMPLETION CRITERIA

The goal of this project is to establish Google Ads as a reliable and sustainable acquisition channel.

The project will be considered complete and successful once all of the following are achieved:

• Google Ads consistently generate at least 10 confirmed bookings per day
• Performance is stable, repeatable, and scalable
• Google Ads maintain visibility for high-intent searches relevant to the business
• Ads, landing pages, and tracking integrate smoothly with the booking system and payment gateway, enabling direct and uninterrupted conversions
• Conversion tracking accurately reflects completed bookings and successful payments
• Campaign structure, tracking setup, and optimisation approach are clearly documented and handed over

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Setting up and structuring the Google Ads account
• Launching and managing search campaigns aligned with booking intent
• Implementing and maintaining accurate conversion tracking
• Optimising campaigns to improve booking volume and cost efficiency
• Expanding reach to relevant local, travel, and international audiences
• Monitoring performance and making ongoing improvements
• Providing clear, outcome-focused reporting
